Most of the tyres for this car 155/65/14 75T - seem to aimed at ECO driving... I've read woeful tales about their lack of grip! It already does enough mpg with no weight and a feeble engine so I'm sure I could happily sacrifice a few mpg for a bit more grip on the road! - especially knowing how my lads will be driving it So any recomendations from previous or current City car owners? MickP ??? Cheers...
Just had a quick look at some options. We use Falken tyres on Scoob and Mels Focus. Falken do a Sincera SN832 Ecorun which is A rated for grip and at £45 each are good value.
Probably a bit late, but the Conti's they use from factory on the C1/107 are great and normally a good price being so small. Plenty of grip in the wet and dry.
